All Summer In A Day

Why do you think William locked Margot in the closet? William was just trying to act cool in front of the class and make her feel bad. How do they get food, go to school, or do sports if it rains for seven years then stops for 2 hours? They must have a lot of space inside for cloths, food, furniture, and other important items.

You wouldn’t be able to live there because of all the floods. If it rained in Pewaukee for 7 years straight I would move to California because I hate the rain. Sometimes I wish it wouldn’t rain ever because its so cold. Rain is helpful to plants and animals though.

If it never rained there wouldn’t be any plants, trees, lakes, oceans and ponds. The rain helps animals live also because they need to drink and bears eat fish and if it never rained there wouldn’t be any fish so the bears would die.

The mode of literature of the story is a tragedy. It's a tragedy because it rains for seven years straight then stops for two hours then rains for another seven years.

If I was Margot I would try to find a light or something to do. William is probably a bully and that's why he locked her in the closet. The kids in her class don’t like her that much because they didn’t tell the teacher that William locked Margot in the closet.

I feel bad for Margot because she wanted to see the sun for two hours but now she has to wait another 7 years. The story All Summer In A Day was a pretty good story. Every page I read I could paint a picture in my head about what's going on. Even though it was unrealistic it had good vocabulary and grammar.

Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne is a artist. He has been an artist since he was 17 year old. He isn't that good of an artist i don't know why everybody likes him. They should like Eminem because he is way better than Lil Wayne.

Cupcakes

Cupcakes are really sweet. I don't like sweet things that much because they hurt my teeth really bad. If it's my birthday and my mom makes my cake i usually don't eat any of it. I don't like brownies, cookies, cupcakes, donuts, cake, and chocolate.Ive never really eaten lots of sweets I'm more of a apple guy.

Homeless

It was a windy day when the man crossed the road and went into the bus station. He realized his hat blew away. That was his favorite and only had he owned. The man was very depressed. After 2 minutes the man went looking for his hat. The night sky was dark and empty as the moon was the only thing you could see for miles. That didn’t stop the man from looking for his hat. The man has been looking for 2 hours and still he found nothing. He called it a night and promised that he would search in the morning.
Morning came and he didn’t feel like getting out of bed. Eventually he got out of bed but he was still depressed about his hat. When he was finished he decided to watch the news. They did a story on a 8 year old homeless boy living in a box. To the man’s surprise the boy was wearing his hat. That’s when the man started to be happy again. That day the man looked for the boy. He found him under a bridge making a fire. “Where are your parents?” the man asked. The little boy looked up and said “they died in a fire when I was five”. The man felt very bad for the boy. Finally the man asked the boy if he wanted to come live with him.
As the man and his new son walked into the house the first thing the boy noticed was the dog. That’s scrappy the man told his son. After they went upstairs to the boy’s room. When he opened the door a smile ran across his face and for the first time in the boy’s life he was happy. The man let his soon keep the hat. The boy cherished it and wore it every day. Now the boy is all grown up and takes care of his dad. They still live in the same house. The boy started off with nothing but now he has a family, car, wife, job, and he graduated high school and finished collage.

Apples

Apples are so yummy. I don’t get how they get all that juice inside of them like come on. Why are there so many apples in the world? There is red, green,and my favorite granny smith apples. Why are there so many different tastes for apples? There's sweet, sour, and extra sweet. But I don’t care apples are still amazing taste wise and healthy wise. Apples are a good source of vitamins. I also like caramel apples with sprinkles. Actually i like any kind of apples. Apples are my favorite kind of fruit. Whenever my grandma goes to the store she asks " Do you want anything from the store". I always say " Apples please". My grandma makes amazing apple pie. Instead of cheese being Wisconsin's dairy product i think apple should be our fruit product.

Skateland

skate land is a roller rink. i am going to the all niter on Wednesday. you get there at 9:30pm and stay till 6:00am. it gets really tiring.

Ninja kitty cats are amazing. I don't really like cats because there always so mean and angry.

Patriotism

Does Patriotism Still Matter?
The word patriotism comes from a Greek word meaning fatherland. Patriotism is very important to us because if patriotism didn’t exist we wouldn’t have freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is something a lot of other countries don’t have. Therefore we wouldn’t be allowed to speak what we think about our country. Patriotism matters because it shows that you love and support our country.
Some people are true patriots while others aren’t . Having patriotism shows that you love and respect everything your country stands for. Also you will fight to protect your country. When the flag passes you I believe you should have your hand on your heart. Also if you have a hat on you should take it off because that shows respect for all the solders that died trying to protect our country in the wars.
If you think patriotism doesn’t matter that’s your choice but I still think you should respect the American flag. The American flags colors are red, white and blue. Red symbolizes hardness and valor, White symbolizes purity and innocence, and Blue symbolizes vigilance, perseverance, and justice. The American flag was made to support the solders. If there were no solders then we would be slaves and we wouldn’t have freedom of speech. Luckily we have solders that are willing to sacrifice their lives just to protect our country.
Patriotism is still very important to our country because it shows that you care about your country. If you don’t think patriotism doesn’t matter that’s like saying you don’t care what happens to your country or care about it. Patriotism is not doubt useful in the interest of the country and the nation. The nation is strongly built upon the sacrifice of the patriots. The patriots give their money, time, energy and life for the good of the country.
A patriot thinks of his country. Patriots want their country to be great and prosperous. Patriots think their country should be ideal in every field. Patriotism is highly useful because it makes the people to think of their own country. Patriotism is very important to us because without it we wouldn’t have freedom of speech and no army which would probably mean that we would all be slaves. We are one of the few countries that have freedom of speech. Patriotism still matters to us.
