The Adventure at Mt. Olympus By Kevin Hoffmann

Once upon a time there was a boy who had super powers that even he didn’t know about. The boy’s name was Kevin. Kevin was super strong, funny, really fast, and extremely charming. One humid day he decided that he wants to take a trip to the haunted Mt. Olympus. So the next day he got into his Lamborghini Diablo, put his best CD in, turned the volume up all the way, and began to drive. It took about two hours to get there but he knew it was worth it. He finds a place to sleep and start looking around in the morning.
In the middle of the night there was a loud boom which made Kevin jump up out of bed and the weirdest thing happened. When he jumped out of bed a huge fire ball shot out of his hand. This was the first time that he discovered that he was different. He discovered he had super powers. Now back to the loud noise he heard that woke him up. Kevin went to look around his hands on fire but it didn’t hurt him. Then suddenly Kevin sees something out of the corner of his eye.
It looked like a bunch of snakes floating. “Floating snakes is that even possible?” he asked himself. He went to look behind a curtain. Right once his head poked around the curtain he saw a girl with snakes on her head. Kevin tried to remember who that was. Then it hit him the girl’s name is Medusa. Medusa is one of the meanest Greek gods ever. If Kevin looked her in the eyes he knew he would be turned into stone. There was a piece of a mirror on the ground and he made Medusa look at herself through the mirror which made her turn into stone.
Then out of nowhere Hades, Zeus, and Poseidon bust open the door to find their sister turned into stone. This made them furious and they started to use their super powers. Hades shot fire balls at me, Zeus shot lightning bolts at me, and Poseidon shot water at me. Suddenly I shoot a fire ball and it hits Poseidon and destroys him. Then a water ball forms in my hand and zooms toward Hades and gets him in the face and destroys him. Lastly a twister forms and sucks Zeus right up and destroys him.
I walk back to my car, hop in, and speed away. I tell myself I am never going back to Mt. Olympus ever again.
